All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle pickup. This document outlines important terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your responsibilities related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.
Eligibility Criteria

- Reservations can be conveniently made via our website, over the phone, or in person at our Stanmore office. To confirm your booking, a deposit may be necessary. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding weight or passenger limits, and operating outside designated geographic areas without approval are also prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Stanmore will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not affect our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for fraudulent actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive authority of the courts in these jurisdictions.
