You must possess a valid full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the duration specified in the Rental Agreement. Valid identification and proof of residence are required, along with payment information and a security deposit. Any extra criteria outlined in the Rental Agreement must also be met.
Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be made via our website, telephone, or directly at our Stanmore office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pick-up. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is essential to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be generated and must be signed by both parties. 7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes, including racing, off-roading, or any hazardous use. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Exceeding passenger or weight limits is unacceptable. Driving outside designated geographical areas without prior approval is prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability in Stanmore
